Refund Policy

• Exchange only and store credit will be issued for return items, that can be used towards next purchase.
• Return items that are used will be charged a restocking fee of 40% of the price of the item.
• Items that are returned 15 days after purchase will be given credit for the current price and not the purchase price, if applicable.
• Once the delivery is handed over to the shipping company, the customer is responsible to track shipments. The customer can insure their packages up to 2500$ per box. The maximum amount that can be insured is 10,000$ per shipment.
